We don't handle a huge volume of cases. We don't accept every type of case that arises. We don't want all those cases. We don't need to take those cases.
Each month, we accept a limited number of personal injury cases from the hundreds of people who ask us to handle their cases. We are not a "mill" law firm, whose attorneys rarely see a court room.
Paralegals, adjusters and assistants do not negotiate our cases with the insurance company. Our lawyers directly handle your case and we truly enjoy taking cases to trial when necessary. Less cases means we have more time to devote to your case, which results in a better outcome.

I feel this recognition reflects my firm's emphasis on courteous client service, high standards or professional integrity, and a commitment to maximize the value of our clients' claims. We are not out for the "quick" result. We are focused on the "best" result for our clients, not only now but in their future.
Because we take a limited number of cases, we will be straightforward with you about your case. If we don't think you have a case, we will tell you. We also often tell people they don't need an attorney and they would be better off handling their case on their own, without an attorney. We won't just pass you off to the next firm. However, if your case passes our standards and we agree to handle your case, you can be assured that you will receive my personal attention. I will aggressively represent you, keep you informed about the status of your case and give you my opinion as to whether you should settle your case or take your case to trial. I will completely explain the contingent fee agreement to you before we start working on your case. Together, as an attorney-client team, we will decide on the best tactics for your case.
