Warner Law Offices prides itself on keeping its clients and the community up to date on changes in personal injury law and proposed legislation which could affect their rights.
Warner Law Offices has spent thousands of dollars to help families comply with the legal and sensible requirement for parents to make sure that children in cars are secured in booster seats. Booster seats are available for pick up at the Charleston office for those families in need of some assistance. Call Warner Law Offices today: toll free (866)617-0522 or (304)881-0641. In order to obtain one, a release must be filled out, income verification is required, and a copy of the child's birth certificate is also required.
As tort reform continues to be a highly debated topic, consumers must take a stand and protect their rights. The insurance companies want consumers to believe that caps on awards and tort reform produce lower insurance costs or rates. The truth is that no one benefits from the proposed legislation other than the insurance companies. The anti-competitive insurance business is largely unregulated and is seeking to further decrease its responsibility by pushing for the elimination of claims against them if they treat claimants unfairly. The insurance companies need to be held accountable under the Unfair Trade Practice law. Don't let the insurance companies fool you. Protect your rights as a consumer by contacting your legislature and voicing your opinion on tort reform and holding insurance companies accountable for their actions.
In addition to the recent booster seat contribution, Warner Law Offices feels it is important to donate to good causes in the community. The firm gives a big percent of its net profit back to West Virginia. Donations are given to churches, sporting groups, charities, and several other associations and organizations. Some of the latest donations include ones made to the YWCA for causes such as the High Hopes Event to resolve family abuse and Girls Night Out. The firm also recently donated to Music on the Mountain and the Elk Valley Christian School.
