Penny Whitlock grew up in the Belle, West Virginia, area and has been a resident of Kanawha County for most of her life. After graduating from DuPont High School in 1982, she worked as a hair stylist and floral designer.
Penny began her career as a paralegal in 1996, and obtained her Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of Charleston in 1999. Over the span of her 20-year paralegal career, Penny has used her considerable talents to aid lawyers and their clients in civil litigation matters both large and small, with an emphasis in complex and mass litigation.
Outside of the office Penny is a skilled cake decorator, a talented candle and soap maker, paper crafter, and a student of aromatherapy and herbal teas. She and her husband Rick have two grown sons, Chris and Dakota and two very spoiled Shih Tzus, Luke and Jasmine.
