Kameron Miller grew up in Huntington, W. Va. Prior to her legal education, she studied Business and Marketing at the Lewis College of Business at Marshall University. Kameron also attended West Virginia University College of Law where she was selected as a member of the West Virginia University Moot Court Board. During her tenure on the Moot Court Board, she was elected Secretary and also competed in the Fordham Securities Law Competition. While in law school, Ms. Miller worked as a Legal Research Assistant for Professor Judith Scully at the College of Law as well as a Sports Law Research Assistant for Dean Dana Brooks at the WVU School of Physical Education. Kameron earned her law degree in 2008.

Following her admission to the West Virginia bar in 2008, Kameron's has gained experience defending state agencies and political subdivisions, as well as representing clients in the areas of employment law, nursing home abuse, premises liability, automobile negligence and medical malpractice throughout the state of West Virginia.

Ms. Miller was previously appointed by West Virginia's Governor Joe Manchin to serve as the Vice-Chair of the West Virginia Women's Commission. In 2012, she was elected to the West Virginia State Bar's Young Lawyers Committee. In 2015, she was elected to the West Virginia State Bar's Board of Governors. In 2017, she was selected to serve on the West Virginia Access to Justice Foundation. She has also been recognized as a Super Lawyer "Rising Star" in the Super Lawyers publication.
