A successful candidate for this position must have a high school diploma or equivalent, possess excellent secretarial and administrative skills, pay attention to detail, have a positive attitude, the ability to multi-task and strong organization, communication (both written and verbally) and interpersonal skills. The candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong computer and database skills and a willingness to learn new systems. Some legal office experience is preferred.
