Nobody hands you an instruction manual or a playbook when you start your career. Much of what you need to know is not told to you and instead, learned the hard way. I’m fortunate to have had people in my life who have shown me that professionalism and treating people with respect is one of the most important attributes of success.
When I started out in the legal profession, my dad always taught me that your word is everything, regardless if it is in writing. Respect is one of those things that is hard to gain and very easy to lose. I have never lost sight of this in my in all of the years that I have practiced law.
I am proud to say that in my entire career, I have never broken my word to another lawyer, a client or even a defendant. I also put this same responsibility on the other attorneys and staff in my office. We honor each other and anyone that comes into our office. We establish a trust that leads to synergy and deep respect of both parties.
No matter what type of business you run or what type of product or service you sell, clients and patrons should never feel surprised at being treated well. The keys lie in treating everyone who walks through your door with respect and dignity and making superior treatment a standard.
Perhaps it is this line of thinking that has afforded Warner Law Offices with the reputation of being a firm dedicated to our clients and our community. Nurturing our relationships with our clients, other attorneys, doctors and community members is a crucial part of our business. Our word is our bond and our way of building of trust and dependability with everyone we come in contact with.
