Warner Law Offices is pleased to celebrate the achievements of Bobby Warner, who was inducted as a Fellow of the West Virginia Bar Foundation.
West Virginia Bar Foundation Fellows are lawyers and judges whose professional, public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the welfare of their communities and honorable service to the legal profession. The 20th Annual Bar Foundation Fellows Dinner was held on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the Charleston Marriott. Only a few hundred lawyers and judges (out of more than 6,000) have been selected as Fellows over the years.
A graduate of West Virginia University and West Virginia University College of Law, Bobby founded Warner Law Offices in 2000. Since then, he has earned widespread recognition as one of the top trial lawyers in West Virginia and the United States. His firm has grown from a small office serving clients in Charleston, West Virginia to having a second office in Denver, Colorado and serving people nationwide in 52 states.
Bobby has received numerous accolades through the years by his peers in the legal community, as well as the media. The National Trial Lawyers included Bobby in its Top 100 Trial Lawyers list and he has been selected as a Member of the Nation’s Top One Percent. Additionally, he has been named to the Best Attorneys of America by Rue Ratings, which also named Warner Law Offices to its Best Law Firms of America. Most recently, the firm was named as Newsweek’s Premier Law Firm. He has awarded the Top 10 Client Satisfaction Award for the third consecutive year.
In addition to national recognition, Bobby has earned honors from business leaders in West Virginia. In a statewide attorney survey, he was selected as a West Virginia Super Lawyer for ten consecutive years. Bobby has been named Best Attorney in the Charleston Newspapers multiple times. The editors of West Virginia Executive Magazine also named him as a West Virginia Young Gun in 2014, marking the first time the award was given to a trial lawyer.
Bobby has a well-known reputation for giving back to the community. Several years ago, he started a booster seat program for needy families after he represented a family whose child was injured in a car accident because the family was unable to afford a car seat. Since that time, more than 1,000 booster seats have been donated to families throughout West Virginia. For approximately 10 years, the Warner Family Foundation has been a generous supporter of programs and special projects in the region, providing much-needed sponsorships to help non-profit organizations achieve their goals.
Bobby and Warner Law Offices were awarded the West Virginia State Senate Community Award for its extraordinary efforts and commitment to serving and protecting the citizens of West Virginia.
Aside from the practice of law, Bobby is an avid outdoorsman. The experiences he shared with his family encouraged him to create Beyond The Backyard, a charitable youth foundation that promotes outdoors sports, such as hunting, fishing and camping. This small grass roots effort has grown to an organization with over 16,000 members.
