Putnam County motorist alleges construction company vehicle caused crash

A Putnam County motorist is suing a Wyoming County construction company and employee, alleging negligence in causing a vehicle crash.

The plaintiff filed a complaint in Raleigh Circuit Court against Bradford Brothers Asphalt and Construction Company and their employee, alleging they breached the care owed to the plaintiff and other persons on the roadway.


The complaint says that the plaintiff was injured in an auto collision when a Bradford Brothers vehicle driven by their employee struck the rear of the plaintiff's vehicle on Coal River Road in Naoma. The plaintiff says he sustained injuries and incurred medical expenses and other economic and non-economic damages.

The plaintiff alleges driver failed to operate his vehicle in a careful and prudent manner.

The plaintiff seeks trial by jury, judgment for his injuries and damages sustained, plus interest, court costs and fees and all other lawful relief. He is represented by attorney Truman C. Griffith of Warner Law Offices PLLC in Charleston.
