She drafts discovery requests and responses, as well as reviews and gathers responsive documents. She maintains and calendars case deadlines, prepares materials and exhibits for hearings and depositions and assists in trial preparation.
Missy grew up near Belle, West Virginia, and graduated from Dupont High School. She attended the West Virginia Institute of Technology in Montgomery, West Virginia where she obtained an associate degree in legal secretarial studies. She has spent her career working at several different law firms in Charleston, West Virginia, as well as working for a law firm in Canton, Ohio.
Missy still resides near Belle with her husband Scott, two dogs, and a cat. They have one son, Dylan. Missy enjoys pool time and cookouts with family and friends. She also loves girls’ trips with her friends, attending concerts, and beach trips.
