Shelly Ferguson

Shelly Ferguson is a paralegal with Warner Law Offices where she assists attorney Abigail Harman in Mass Tort and sexual assault cases. In this position, she prepares pleadings, performs expert and medical research, and maintains all client production and case files. Her experience also includes assisting with trial preparation, identifying and interviewing key witnesses, and preparing and responding to discovery requests.

Shelly grew up in Hurricane, West Virginia. After graduating from Hurricane High School, she attended Marshall University in Huntington, WV, for Criminal Justice and earned her Business degree at the University of Phoenix.

She has spent the last twenty-five years working at various law firms throughout Putnam, Cabell, and Kanawha counties before working at Warner Law Offices.

Shelly resides in Winfield with her husband, Fred. They have four children, Whitney, Sarah, Colston, and Marlee. Shelly also has two granddaughters, Ellie and Caroline. When Shelly is not at work, she likes spending time with her friends and family. She also loves to travel and spend time in her backyard pool.
