Abigail Harman

Abigail is an attorney with Warner Law Offices. Abigail was born and raised in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Following her graduation from Martinsburg High School in 2016, she went on to West Virginia University, where she was a member of the WVU Dance Team, Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity, and Sigma Tau Delta Honor Society. She also volunteered as an English as a Second Language teacher and worked as the assistant to the university’s Director of International Programs and Associate Vice President for International Student Life and Global Services. Abigail earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature in 2019 and then continued her education at West Virginia University College of Law. There, she served as a member of the Women’s Leadership Council, the Student Bar Association Treasurer, and practiced in the WVU Veteran’s Legal Clinic, where she was granted the ability to work pro bono for West Virginia’s veterans, winning them discharge upgrades and well-deserved disability compensation. After earning her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2022, Abigail moved to Charleston to practice with Warner Law Offices. She is a member of the West Virginia Bar Association and is looking forward to a long and successful career representing fellow citizens of her home state.
